Introduction to 3D Laser Cutting Automatic Production Solution of Hot Forming Steel
Compared with the traditional cold forming technology, the hot forming technology is characterized by a constantly changing temperature field on the sheet metal. Hot forming steel is processed from high strength steel by the hot forming technology, which solves the contradiction between the strength and plasticity of high strength steel.
The yield strength and tensile strength of hot-formed steel are 3-4 times of ordinary steel, and the strength and stiffness of a hot-formed steel plate can be achieved which ordinary steel plate cannot.
High-strength steel: Yield strength 210MPa <510MPa, tensile strength 270MPa <700MPa
Ultra-high strength steel: Yield strength>510MPa, tensile strength>700MPa
Thermally formed steel: Yield strength 950MPa <1500MPa, tensile strength 1300MPa <1700MPa
The high strength and rigidity of hot-formed steel make it difficult to process. The traditional full-order die stamping method is no longer suitable for the processing requirements of hot-formed steel, and ordinary flat laser cutting machines cannot perform three-dimensional processing on hot-formed body parts. Therefore, we have developed a complete set of automatic three-dimensional laser cutting production lines for hot-formed steel.

Client requires over 50 types of 3D laser-cut body parts. We have equipped the facility with a 4m×5m dual-movable workbench, a 14m high-precision guide rail, and a dust/smoke-proof protective chamber. All workpieces are assigned unique workstation identifiers, with all trajectory programs utilizing offline mapping. The production process is fully monitored, and all manufacturing data is stored in a centralized database.
