After Sales Service
We provide 1-3 year guarantee and life-long maintenance for our products. Free repairing or replacement (except for wearing parts) is available for functional defects (excluding artificial or force majeure factors) within warranty period. After warranty period, we charge only for actual parts and labor.
Quality Control
Skilled and strict Quality Inspection Team monitors material purchasing and production procedures. All finished machines are 100% tested by our QC and engineering departments. We provide detailed machine photos and test videos to customers before delivery.
OEM Service
Customized and OEM orders are welcome with our extensive experience. All OEM services are free - customers only need to provide logo drawings, function requirements, colors, etc. No minimum order quantity required.
